- Permissions and credits
Over the Christmas break I went back and had another look at my 'Castles' to see if they could be improved by a 'Fort' configuration.
It has been over a year since I first built them and I have learned a few tricks since then...and because I love building stuff... ;)
Five of them were capable of being changed and I think they are a huge improvement.

Additional Fort Egret Notes
Egrets Tour Marina is a major pain to defend. The buildings get in the way and do not line up easily for defense placement. So in this build I just fortified everything. It has at least two spawn points that I know of. One near the bridge to the north and one on the hill to the south. It also has many roamers that wander around the area... as well as the usual Radiant spawned attacks.
***IMPORTANT*** - Scrap everything you can on the second floor above where you first meet Phyllis to make room for the generators. This is the area with her terminal and safe. (See last screen captures)
I highly recommend scrapping or disabling all the doors here. There is a pathing issue with the game and if the doors are left open your settlers become stuck behind them. Open the console ( ~ ) , click on the doors and type 'disable', the hit 'Enter'.
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip

If you like this design could you hit that little 'Endorse' button for me? I would really appreciate it. :)
None of my blueprints are designed to be pretty... :)
What they are designed to be is to not require all DLC, two mods maximum required, easily defensible,
stay within the 'Vanilla' game budget and have everything you need.
