    This mod is for NEXT GEN only! -> CLASSIC version is: HERE ...(install mod with TW3 Mod Manager and run Script Merger afterwards).

    If you have any problems with the installation, you can check the new video >> Installation manual <<.

    NOTE:
     if you have any troubles with the mod - the first you should do is a RESET through the in-game mod menu:
               [MODS] - [AUTOLOOT +A.S.] - [SETTINGS] - and the last option here: Reset All Settings...

    If this won't help, you can try Ultimate Installation Tool (included in mod's archive) created by me to solve issues like:
    ...missing in-game menu / AutoLoot keybindings, etc.
     - it is placed in mod's archive: "Mods\modAutoLootASNextGen\"
     - it has to be run after you install the mod (or put modAutoLootASNextGen folder to game "...\<The Witcher 3>\mods\" folder manually) ...for the proper functionality of all the functions

    !!! Installation with Vortex manager isn't recommended at all !!!
    ...but if you do, you can check Installation manual video above to see problems with Vortex

    If you use Random Encounters Reworked (R.E.R.) mod: check if [Global Filters -> Exclude Trophies] option is disabled in the mod's menu.
    If you use Complete Animations Redux (CAR) mod or Witcher 3 Enhanced Edition Redux (W3EER) mod for NG:
      >> use its compatibility patch and read carefully how to apply it correctly ...5a) or 5b) points in Description tab!

    Filters are reworked since v4.04.9 - here is an example for looting everything besides white Armors / Weapons:

    1) First you have to enable Filters (in Settings menu or toggle it On by holding [Num-] key).
    2) Now you can simply click on "SKIP WHITE ITEMS" preset at the top right in Item Filters menu.
    ...this will enable all the filters while for Armors / Weapons will set yet: Select Quality -> ">= Master (Blue)"

    Note: if you set "Select Value (>= Loot)" option more than "0" and any "Select Quality" option is selected too, then both conditions must be met to loot an item.

    Hi, if you're getting a similar error and you're sure your mod is installed correctly, I may know why you're getting this. It's because Windows 11 offers a cloud service that forces files to be moved from your computer to Onedrive. And the mod will select C:\Users\Username\Documents when it reads the files, but if your computer has onedrive files, then it should be C:\Users\Username\onedrive\Documents on your computer, and there will also be a document file in the original file location, but nothing in it The mod won't be able to find your correct file location, and it won't install correctly. I spent over an hour trying to figure out why the mod failed to install, and finally found this, and in a fit of pique uninstalled onedrive in the settings, and then to my surprise I managed to get into the game and install the mod successfully.fk ms: )

      Thanks for the info! Personally, I don't like OneDrive since I've already experienced issues with it, such as moving files or changing paths.

      Turning off onedrive does not change the game path, you must consider uninstalling onedrive. if uninstalling does not work, you need to check the archive path to see if it is, C:\Users\Username\Documents\The Witcher 3\input.settings
      At this point, if the path is fine, then use the Ultimate Installation Tool in the mod folder.
      If there is a problem with the path (which is likely to happen), then you will need to manually change the path and make the original onedrive file read-only.

      After messaging with NANAZE6883, he admitted that the issue was simply that he hadn't made the merges in Script Merger.

      Thank you for your opinion. Btw, what do you mean by "dependencies are not listed"? And what is confusing about the installation if it’s like every other mod (i.e., just place the mod in TW3 Mod Manager window and run Script Merger afterwards to make necessary merges if needed)?

      The difficult part of the installation may occur only if you have mods that significantly edit the game files, such as W3EER. This mod requires certain knowledge on how to install and merge mods. For example, if you have the BiA mod, you will need to install BiA-W3EER compatible patch yet. Additionally, W3EER is simply not compatible with some mods at all.

    Ok Look, I have the vladimir ui mod, with the patch, ran the merger, ingame still says missing/Outdated mod menu, i tried multiple other mod menus says the same, what is missing?

    Hey! Just wanna say your mod is working great, but I do have one question. I'm using a controller, and I've noticed that by turning off "True Autoloot" I can tap my witcher senses to manually autoloot. I like this feature a lot, but I'm wondering if there's a way to remap this button to be the classic loot button instead? While out of combat, the button doesn't really do anything, so I'd like to assign it if possible, as it's less distracting than the zoom-in effect I get when I tap the witcher senses. The button I'm referring to is the "A" (on XBOX) or "X" (on Dualsense) button. Rather than pressing "R2" I'd like to be able to autoloot with "X" button if possible. Hoping someone might have a solution for this, and thanks if you read through this comment, I really appreciate it!

      Hi, I can't test it by myself since I don't use a controller, but it could be possible to remap buttons to your liking. Can you simply remap buttons for the controller in the Keybindings menu in the game?
      Yey the game controls are stored in: C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\The Witcher 3\input.settings file. You can try to add the data below (if it is missing in there) or change assigned controller buttons or just delete the two lines in each section - it should be there in 9 circumstances as you can see below) and check the result in the end.

      thanks for getting back about this! And it's all good, i've started to get used to the quick-zoom style auto loot with the witcher senses. I've already put a few too many hours into modding my current playthrough, just lots and lots of troubleshooting lately, but if I find some more time, I'll give your solution a try.

      Hi, your issue isn't related to my mod, as it doesn't modify those two files (damagemanagerprocessor.ws and npc.ws). To resolve your problem, you'll need to create new merges for those two files correctly with Script Merger.

      TW3 Mod Manager is used for installing mods, while Script Merger is used for merging them. Did you use Script Merger?

      The problem might be in wrong merge for r4Player.ws file. Delete the existing merge for this file and make a new one.

    Thank you so much for this mod which works perfectly for me. It is the third autoloot mod I have tried and the only one that worked properly. I can get a bit obsessed with checking every container and picking every herb which seriously detracts from the game so it is a joy for your mod to do the busy work for me. I now only open the "exciting" chests manually. Also no broken quests!

    Good evening, can you please tell me - is your mod compatible with the mod - Vladimir X E3 UI's Next-Gen TOTAL OVERHAUL. Since I have no way neither vertically nor horizontally does not want to change, as well as the background. This is not your problem but I am interested to know.

      Hi, I tested my mod just with the Vladimir UI (For 4.04-NextGen) version 2.2.1-Bandaid mod and made the compatibility patch for it.
      I didn't try Vladimir X E3 UI's Next-Gen TOTAL OVERHAUL mod yet.

      I tried your patch for Vladimir UI and in general it fits, but there is a small caveat in the form of bars in the main menu and the horizontal bar has changed (when selecting with the mouse), but I think it's not critical as in general it helped.       This is most likely happening because the merge of the container.ws file wasn't done correctly. Do you have mods like W3EER or CAR? If so, don’t forget to apply its compatibility patch.
