About this mod
For players married to Shane: let Charlie roam outdoors in nice weather, visit her inside her coop, and even give her a blue chicken friend!

- Charlie roams around instead of standing next to the coop. (She won't go too far -- she will stay within about 15 tiles of the coop.) She goes outside during the day in spring/summer/fall when the weather is sunny or windy, from 6am to approximately 5pm. (If you're outside on the farm at 5pm, her location won't update until you exit & re-enter the map -- similar to how pets sometimes stay out late and then magically warp into the farmhouse when you go inside.)
- (Optional) Give Charlie a blue chicken friend named Blueberry! She will have the same schedule as Charlie.
- (Optional) Go inside the little coop to visit Charlie & Blueberry when they're not outdoors.
- (Optional) Vanilla + several recolors available for the coop exterior retexture (very similar to the vanilla design, but with a human-sized door). You can also disable the retexture if using a farm building mod with a matching texture for Charlie's coop.
Note: A Mandarin translation is now available thanks to elffunction! See the Translations section above.
Also feel free to create additional retextures for the coop! The current options are limited due to my lack of pixel art skills.

- Only affects players who are married to Shane
- Has not been tested in multiplayer or with multiple-spouse mods
- Not compatible with Stardew 1.5
- Compatible with Content Patcher mods that change the appearance of white/blue chickens
- Compatible with modded farm maps, but depending on the map, you may need to customize this mod's settings in config.json or Generic Mod Config Menu -- see details below:
The following maps have built-in compatibility -- leave "Farm Map Settings" set to Automatic if using one of these maps:
- Grandpa's Farm + IF2R (Stardew Valley Expanded)
- Immersive Farm 2 Fix
- Waterfall Forest Farms (WaFF/WaFFLE)
- Wildflour's Romantic Garden Farm
- Zenith Farm (CFL version)
If you're using a custom farm map that replaces one of the vanilla maps but DOES NOT change the spouse patio location, leave "Farm Map Settings" set to Automatic.
If you're using a custom farm map that replaces one of the vanilla maps and DOES change the spouse patio location, change "Farm Map Settings" to Custom, then enter X/Y coordinates in the following fields:
- Coop Exit X/Y = the tile in front of Charlie's coop door
- Spawn Charlie X/Y = the tile where you want Charlie to spawn
- Spawn Blueberry X/Y = the tile where you want Blueberry to spawn
To find tile coordinates in game, you can use Debug Mode or Lookup Anything (enable "Tile lookups" in the Lookup Anything config).
If you're using a custom farm type, i.e. a custom map that does not replace any of the vanilla maps, follow the steps above to set the X/Y coordinates. Then enable the "Custom Farm Type" setting, and fill out the "Custom Map Name" field as follows:
- For maps that require Custom Farm Loader, enter "CFL"
- For other custom farm types, open the [CP] mod's content.json file and search for "MapName", then copy & paste the map name
