Overview
The Boots of Springheel Jak from the Grey Cowl of Nocturnal mod are really fun, but they are fairly overtuned as far as bonuses go (+100% movement speed!!). This tweaks them to focus more on acrobatics and open up new traversal possibilities for players.

Boots of Springheel Jak
Now you can leap off of High Hrothgar and land with barely a scratch! I feel this makes them a lot more fun to wear, and pairs amazingly well with Whirlwind Sprint, Skyrim's Paraglider, Leaps of Faith, etc.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with just about everything, as all it does is change one item and a couple of MGEF records from the Grey Cowl mod. If other mods tweak this item, make sure to load this below those mods.
Installation and Uninstallation
Should be safe to install or uninstall mid game. Just make sure to unequip the boots before doing either in case you already have them. The plugin is ESL flagged and will not take up a load order slot.
Important Note About a Puzzle in Grey Cowl of Nocturnal Mod
The original boots had +100% movement speed in order to successfully clear a really long jump as part of a puzzle in the Grey Cowl's palace. With the reduction in move speed, you will no longer be able to make that jump successfully even with the double jump height.
However, you CAN still solve it easily by using Whirlwind Sprint, the Paraglider, or any mod that can summon a wall or object mid air. If all you do is install this mod, just wait till you get Whirlwind Sprint before starting the Grey Cowl of Nocturnal quest.
