'ARCHER'S HELL' mod series
The goal: To make the surface (the wilderness) really challenging and fun to play, even for archers who play with increased movement speed, and other "buffs"; to make the gameplay depend more on player's skills and reflexes than on stats.
'Archer's Hell - Creature Tweaks' isn't an essential part of the series, but some people may find it useful...
Tweak #1: Less animals/creatures in leveled lists that affect the surface spawns. Useful if you use the other mods of this series and if you want to have more NPCs added by those mods.
Tweak #2: Makes animals/creatures a bit faster to make your life as a hunter more challenging. Increases the movement speed by 10-40%, depending on the species.
In the "Optional files" you can find and install tweaks separately, if you don't want some of them.
All files of the SE version are ESL-ified (they don't affect your active plugin count).
ALL 'ARCHER'S HELL' MODS
1. BANDITS ( LE SE/AE ) - Adds mostly ranged bandits to the surface.
2. CREATURE TWEAKS ( LE SE/AE ) - Misc. creature/animal tweaks that make archer's live in Skyrim harder.
3. THE CULT OF SILENCE ( LE SE/AE ) - New cool and dangerous surface enemies.
4. ZOLUPA CULT ( LE SE/AE ) - Voice-acted ranged enemies. They are trying to conquer Skyrim in 3 days.
