The mod gives you craftable rings with Bash effect and different amounts of bonus shock damage, which ignores resistance. Higher number means higher amount of damage per second of sprinting. #1 damage is close to vanilla cloaks damage. #0 - only bash and bash damage.
How it works? You equip the ring. Upon entering battle, visual effects will activate (like with Boethiah's Ebony Mail). Bash and damage effects activate only while you're sprinting. The effects only affect your enemies. No need to worry about hurting neutrals or friends!
By default, every bash costs 10 points of Magicka. You can change the value or the attribute by using one of the optional files or by using SSEEdit as shown on the last picture at the top of this page.
There is also a ring without any damage or bash effects, but with the cloak visuals. It can be used as a battle indicator (because the battle music doesn't usually start at the same time as combat).
The recipes in the crafting menu (forge) are visible only if you have enough gold (1000) and if you don't have one of Spirit Breaker's rings in your inventory already.
BONUS: In the Whiterun temple, next to the shrine, you can find one of the rings (#4) and 2 spell books with Slow Time spells I usually use. The first spell is a simple slow time (25% slow / 6 seconds). And the second one is the same slow time + minimalistic enemy detection effect.
WARNING: Unequip the ring before uninstalling the mod, otherwise the enchantment may be permanently applied.
If you experience the "walking dead" bug (when an NPC stands, walks, runs in place after being killed), get the "Disintegrate" perk in the Destruction tree. This should help.
