This is another of my player character models I made. More of a natural look, no super skinny nose, flubber lips or anime saucer eyes. I am not the biggest fan of her current hair but that is changed easily enough. I recommend KS Hairdos non SMP for the most options. I am not sure what mods that I use will be necessary to get the 'exact' look. I will do my best to list what I have used but this should just be a starting point for your own spin on it anyway, so go wild with it.

Both high poly and standard (does not require high poly head) options are available, see the two uploaded images for comparison.

Race is Nord. If when you apply the preset the face is deformed, go to the Sculpt tab and then F9 to import and choose the Faidga file and accept all.
