About this mod
My next generation NPC replacer mod. 97 (at this time) female NPCs covering all 9 of my Pantheon NPC packs, Narri, and four of the male-to-female housecarl replacers. All in a single ESL-Flagged plugin. Each meticulously detailed in my own vision of the NPC. Supports your own body and my skin and asset selections. Read the description please.

This is the next generation of my NPC Replacer mods. This mod contains 97 NPCs from the vanilla game and the DLCs. I've made a lot of changes to the system I use to create these mods which should result in better performance and saved hard drive space.
This mod covers every NPC in my nine Pantheon NPC replacer packs all in one single ESL-Flagged Plugin. It also covers Narri, who was released as a singular mod outside the packs. Finally, it covers the four male-to-female housecarl replacers I made; Jondralyn (Gregor), Shae (Argis), Freyda (Calder), and Valendra (Valdimar). All NPC Replacers will use my skin and assets but the body you have installed on your system, provided you have downloaded the required Visions Asset Pack for your body type. No more bodyslide files and much better support for obody. The Visions Asset Pack supports 3BA, CBBE, BHUNP, or UNP.
All NPCs have unique hair color records in the asset pack plugin. This means that wigs should better match the color of their default hair as well as 3D body hair mods that support that feature. Sometimes the colors can be slightly off depending on the diffuse texture of the wig, but this will be closer than any other replacer out there. Note: White and Red hair has problems matching up in the engine. There is nothing I can really do about it.
I will be adding more NPCs to the plugin over time, but you can always upgrade it mid-save without any worry of causing problems in your game and it is compatible with every other mod, even my older series of replacers like ColdSun's World and Pantheon. I will always state clearly in the changelog when I make updates and what the updates were.
I've worked on every single NPC in this mod in some fashion or another. Some of them are completely brand new versions from my previous work and others are touched up. One big change is I've tried to give all the Imperials a more Latina-looking appearance, with varying levels of success. It was a long and tedious task working on all these NPCs and it took me about two months. So many face designers in Skyrim modding inspire me. Some off the top of my head are Pandorable, PepperoniB01, Scarlettdays, Urbon, bacetrica, Froztee, and many others. This community really is creative and amazing.
All NPCs have had their level restriction removed. Ive also added perks to many of those that can be followers. Some more prominent followers also have custom perks that I've added to make them stronger for higher levels or difficulties. As usual, I've removed the male animation flag from those females that walk like males to fix that silly issue. I encourage you to try some of the more prominent follower NPCs and see what they can do now.
Finally, the soft or muscle option is now determined by me in the NPC's record. I have based this on a more immersive approach. It is based on what the NPCs class or job is in the world. Are they a warrior-type? Then they have muscles. Are they a tavern maid? Then they are soft. Are they a blacksmith? Muscles. You get the idea. Since I no longer have a FOMOD, and all the NPCs are in one plugin, there is no way to customize each one. On the other hand, you can go to the Visions Asset Pack and download one of the optional files there that will make all NPCs muscular or soft with no immersive setting.

Make sure you check the Optional Files section of the Files tab. There might be some additional options you want. See below for details.
I've included an alternate color of eyes (thanks wammy!) for all the vampires in the mod. Just install with your mod manager. I would install it as a new mod and let it override the main mod's textures. That way, if you don't like it, you can just uninstall to go back to the default color.

I've included patches for my friend Nether's NPC mods. I've covered Eola, Vex, Karliah, and Mirabelle. If you haven't tried Nether's NPC mods yet, you should. He adds a ton of great features and fun.

Looking for a patch for Visions to work with Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia? You'll find it in Optional Files section of the Files tab. If you want a patch for a certain NPC mod that isn't here, let me know. I can't promise when I'll do it, but if the mod is one that that should have a patch, I'll make one at some point.

- Download the Visions Asset Pack for the body type that you use (3BA-CBBE or BHUNP-UNP). Required.
- Install this NPC mod with your mod manager (or manually). It does not have a FOMOD.
- If you run into conflicts, check out the Articles Tab on how to resolve them, including useful links to videos on Youtube on mod conflict resolution.
- To Update this mod, download the newer version and replace it (do not merge it). It is completely safe to update it mid-game.
As mentioned in the comment policy, support is limited on this mod page and the comments section. Please use the Articles Tab Guides first, then head on over to our Discord if you still have problems. These mods change looks only, and have been highly tested before release. Placed properly in the load order, they work as expected. Most issues can be resolved by load order adjustment, re-downloading either the asset pack, mod or both, or by creating a custom patch.
