Introduction
After playing a few different mod lists packed with NPC replacers from some very popular & well-known creators, I found myself running into NPCs that either didn't have a replacer at all, the replacer I wanted was part of a larger pack I didn't need or I just simply didn't like what was available.
So - here is a library of my own designs; thoughtfully-created NPC replacers that compliment many other popular NPC replacer packs, with individual downloads for each NPC, allowing you to pick-and-choose those you like without downloading a huge mod.
I also wanted to overhaul some of the minor female characters that don't get much attention due to their prominence in the game, although you'll find some of the major actors included here too, such as Serana, Valerica, Aela, Frea and others. Major or Minor character, each NPC has taken hours of work; the end result feels unique to who and what they are, and fits the overall aesthetics of the other character mods in my game builds.
The list will continue to expand as I have time, motivation and purpose. If you don't see anything you like, track the page and come back to check out new releases as they come out. No interest? No problem - there are plenty of choices out there. Play what you like!

Instructions:
- Download the Taranis Collection - Asset Pack for your body type (BHUNP or 3BA) and install it anywhere in your mod list. There should be no conflicts as this file contains only common meshes and textures (no esp) and uses a unique file structure.
- Download and install one or more NPCs you want in your game. Make sure the mod files and the ESL-flagged ESP(s) takes priority over any other mod that affects her looks. If you're using AI Overall and a patch for it you may encounter a black-face, in which case you probably need to update the patch or place this mod's esp file in higher priority.
How to update:
- Download the Asset Pack for your body type (BHUNP or 3BA). Replace the existing asset pack. Do NOT merge them.
- Download the updated NPC(s). Replace the existing mod(s) - Do NOT merge them. Updates are save-safe.

FAQ:
Q: Will you do an AIO?
A: No. I've thought long and hard about it, and doing an AIO is (1) a lot of work for little reward and (2) goes against the original purpose of a modular install for individual NPCs.
Q: Default Body support?
A: These use your default body meshes and BnP 1.7 Skins from the Asset Pack.
Q: Will you make standalone followers for any these?
A: The designs here are exclusive to the NPCs as shown.
Q: Why an asset pack and why so big? 1.7GB is huge!
A: The asset pack contains high-poly head meshes and 4K race-specific body textures from BnP Skin 1.7 which are used across all NPCs here. While using an asset pack cuts down on duplicate file overhead when using more than one NPC replacer, skins for each race take up 99% of the space in the asset pack. Facegen textures in each NPC file are compressed 4K resolution to help control VRAM & disk space usage.

Support:
Support is limited. Read and follow the installation instructions above and use xedit and load order adjustment to resolve conflicts. These mods change looks only, and have been tested on both Wabbajack and Nolvus installations, both of which are heavy on the use of NPC replacer mods. Placed properly in the load order, they work as expected.
Most issues can be resolved by load order adjustment, re-downloading either the asset pack, mod or both, or by creating a custom patch.
For neck gaps, make sure your NPC's weight is set to game default. Use the procedure below to fix:
In the console (~):
- Click on the NPC to hightlight
- Type the following: setnpcweight <number from the chart below>
- Hit Enter
- Type: Disable
- Type: Enable
