Amplification: Increasing the magicka cost of certain spells by 100/200/300/400% when above level 20/30/40/50.
Resonance: Increasing the magnitude of certain spells by 60/100/140% when player's enchanting level is above 50/75/100.
Only works when perk owner is wearing any ring and not hostile to player.
Evocation: Magicka regenerates 100% faster if not wearing body armor.

Malevolent Rapture: Attacks have 20% chance (100% chance if target is staggered) to deal 8/16/24/32/40 points of magic damage, heal perk owner 16/32/48/64/80 points over 8 seconds.
Spell
Shocklash: Lightning that does 10/20/30/40/50 points of shock damage to Health and half to Magicka per second, staggers the targets if they have lesser than 50 points of magicka.
While Malevolent Rapture is activated, It does 10/20/30/40/50 points of shock damage to Health and half to Magicka per second, and 10/20/30/40/50 additional magic damage per second.
Magicka cost: 30-150 per second
Power
Electrocute: A lightning strike that does 60/120/180/240/300 points of shock damage to Health and half to Magicka. And it does 60/120/180/240/300 additional points of magic damage while Malevolent Rapture is activated.
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Power Torrent: For 60 seconds, power attacks inflict a lightning strike, dealing 160 to 400 points of magic damage based on your destruction level by spending 100 points of magicka. And it does 40 to 100 points of shock damage, absorbs 30 points of magicka if you have lesser than 100 points of magicka.
Lightning strike staggers the target if your destruction level is above 50.
Lightning strike reduces 10% magic resistance for 60 seconds if your destruction level is above 100.
