Solitude is the capitol of Skyrim. So, why are the docks as small as that of a village? Simply Solitude Docks fixes this problem, while maintaining compatibility with other mods. I am fan of those mods after all. Along with compatibility, Simply Solitude Docks things such as more guards, civil war aware banners (for fans of Bear Beats Dragon), and new buildings.
