For the stall I will put a generic vendor there that will sell general store goods. I haven't decided what to do for the house yet. To make a decent interior it will probably be more time consuming than the exterior changes. So, it will take time. It will more than likely be a store or tavern of some sort.
I aim to add small details while trying to maintain compatibility. The extra ships will be either removed or placed somewhere else due to some quest mods me or others might use.
