Thanks to the power of Container Item Distributor by ThirdEye3301, merchants will now sell soap from Dirt and Blood - Dynamic Visual Effects by jayserpa.
As CID is distributing the items to containers is similar to SPID is doing it for NPC, this should be compatible to everything.

For now 'only' general good stores, khajiit caravans and civil war quartermaster will sell soap. CID doesn't use any random distribution
and as Dirt and Blood is not using any leveled list for the soap I just made up some random values between 1 and 4.

Concerning the innkeeper variant:
Could be compatible to everything, but as I had to use a .esp (yes, it's flagged as esl) to edit some records, there is a possibility that it clashes with another mod. Be aware of that.

Version for DnBE:
Both variants make use of a plugin file, because I wanted to distribute the variants of soaps with a bit more randomness. Normal version is still compatible to everything (and contains only a few new leveled list records).
The innkeeper variant inherits the same warning as the innkeeper version for Dirt and Blood.

I don't know all mods out there which have their own general good stores or something similar. So feel free to write it in the comments, I'll add them.
