First of all, thanks for the amazing mod. I love it, and will be using it in my adventures from here on out. Second of all, I've been struggling to resolve an issue where followers won't use special soaps (lavender and the like) for "Wash and rinse" but whenever they have the "basic soap" in their inventory, everything works as it should. I am certain this has nothing to do with your mod though, but the "basic soap" is the one that seems to work universally for both PC and NPCs so I'll just be using that from here on out, scrapping the "more soaps" mod since I'm fairly certain that's the one that adds the diverse soap varieties.
Only reason I'm even writing this comment up is in the hopes of it maybe helping someone struggling with a similar issue. In any case, I'm extremely grateful for your work, and that of all the other modders who have been putting in the work to make all these mods, my problem is definitely a matter of incompetence on my part but there comes a point in troubleshooting where you just go "screw it, gonna go with the basic setup for the sake of reliability".
I don't know if that's what you meant, but I uploaded a version for DnBE. Even though there are already some mods out there which kind of doing the same, with CID you could do a less obstrusive/an alternative approach.
InnSoaps has the same 'problem' as I have with the optional file for innkeepers: You need the plugin so you'll see the misc items in the trading menu. For More Soaps you'll need the plugin to get the other soaps, so you can't get rid of the plugin.
In both cases there is no benefit in doing it with CID, because you won't get an esp plugin off.
Nice mod! Downloading when I get home. There was a Minor bug with previoud soap mods for D&B where you have to drop the soap first or it doesn't activate. Does this version also have the problem?
Do you use 'Tavern Menu Remade' ? I had time to look it up ingame and tested it with the bannered mare. The soap is infact in the chest, but neither Hulda or Saadia do have it in 'their' inventory when you ask them what they have to sell and I am using Tavern Menu Remade. Seems that the leveled list from that mod is overwriting. I think I know why it doesn't work, I'll look into a proper 'patch' for this.

Thanks again for the mod.
By the way, the version with the innkeepers didn't work for me, I don't know why.
