Now a blow by blow of the changes made and the people to credit because this mod is all them.
Also I prefer using free to use stuff, stuff the mod author just says "use this however you want just give me credit/give me a heads up". These type of people I love. Makes my job so much easier cause I can focus on the content rather than chasing people for permissions then they come back and say no or I get no answer at all which means no.
You awesome people out there who just make content and tell the modding community "use it however you want" you guys are the best and the world needs more kind people like you.
I would like to apologize to anyone if I missed giving you credit for your work, throughout development I was working on a good filing system to manage what assets I was using and some may have slipped through the cracks but I assure you it's all free to use stuff.

Now their outfits are much more varied. There is a list of items for each body part and a 50/50 chance they won't get any clothing at all for each body part except the torso. It's all suitable stuff. Also there "loot" is much varied as well as I'm pulling from the the inn food and drink list along with a some more unique items in the game.

I gave them different dark colored variants of hoods, cuirass', boots and gloves so they will look totally unique from other bandits yet still have the ranger/archer look. They wear the light armor variant while the Steelshots wear the heavy armor variant.

The original idea for this mod was just this: when you kill bounty bandits you don't get just a ring but a bunch of unique, cool loot. They're experienced bandits so they should have more stuff than just the barebones stuff. Therefore when you kill a bounty bandit depending on it's rank (what ring it comes with basically) you'll get a few or alot of random items. It's not all just miscellaneous stuff but it's stuff I would want to display in my house or sell off for big gold: antiques, paintings and wall mounted busts that can be placed on walls, jewellery, random clutter, caged butterflies, body parts, expensive treasure, jars of ingredients and exotic items. Some are vanilla items and some are brand new. This part of the mod is really fleshed out and honestly based on all the free to use stuff I could spend the rest of my life adding miscellaneous items and still not be done.

If someone is half decent at texturing please make a robe that would be fitting of a Conjurer. The pinkish-purpleish retexture is mine and some days I'm OK with it and some days I can't look at it. They still spawn with fine clothes but there shoes/boots will match there clothes so it doesn't look weird and/or clip. Also they can spawn with enchanted and unenchanted fine clothes. The typical fine clothes have the vanilla robe enchantments, all schools of magic except Illusion (cause none of the NPCs have Illusion magic). The furry fine clothes start spawning at level 30+, have the college robe enchantments, all schools of magic except Illusion. The fine boots/shoes also have enchanted/unenchanted variants as well.

Did you know these guys were former Dark Brotherhood members? Yeah! So why do they look like a back catcher? IDK! They now can spawn with vanilla Shrouded or Worn Shrouded armor. Along with colored, enchanted and unenchanted, variants of the DB armor and an armor that upper tier guys can spawn with. Keep an eye out for a rare necklace that should get the attention of the Dread Lord himself...

Unfortunately the original armor and weapons for these guys was actually completely ripped from the Darksiders game so they had to be removed but their replacement is just as cool as the original and much more fitting into the universe.
The armor comes in 3 tiers: Minotaur, Sphinx, Hydra. Each tier comes in 3 different variants: Day, Night, Dawn. They also have their own unique greatswords.
All their stuff revolves around mythology, the names of the armor and weapons. Why? Cause I like mythology.

These bandits are invisible assassins so I gave them assassin armor. Their armor also gives the player the ability to go invisible for period of time but if the armor is upgraded it loses the ability to go invisible.

One thing that always annoyed me about these guys is there ability to reflect was ALWAYS on. It was such a crap shoot cause I backstab everyone, that's my playstyle. I sneak up on one of these guys, no clue I'm there and I die?! That's stupid. Now I gotta start at the beginning of the cave cause I got the wrong side of a coin toss? I changed it so they can only reflect when there IsInCombat()==1. That means if there searching for you, it's on. They find you, it's on. They only time they CAN'T reflect is when they have no clue your there.
In exchange I had to give them the JVD touch so I gave them a cool particle shader (i.e. cool visual and audio effect) to accompany there ability. I think it really fits them and now you know who the Thornhides are in the group.

Now all mages who wear cloth can spawn with unenchanted/enchanted circlets, vanilla and new, and also vanilla enchanted rings and necklaces. Also they can spawn with a lace cloak. Before when wearing the vanilla farm gloves with college robes it would clip through the wrist and look terrible. The USKP Team came out with a "Mage Glove" and I am so thankful as it is perfect and used in all my mage gloves, tons of colored variants, enchanted and unenchanted. Have to give credit to the original Gorehound outfit as many of the colored variants of the mage glove came from that mod. Also a few of the mage groups have colored gloves exclusive to them to better match their outfit but they can spawn with the other variants but there less likely to.

Yes, this mod does contain a small script. Before you turn around and start freaking out, hear me out.
This script is based off the Transmute spell in that when it's activated it searches your inventory for two specific items, if you don't have them it tells you don't have the proper materials and ends. If you have them it asks you would you like to open the treasure chest Yes or No? If you say No, nothing happens, the script ends. If you say Yes, it removes the treasure chest and the key from your inventory and spawns a treasure chest right in front of you then the script ends. Simplicity in itself.
The script is now in V3 which means now a treasure chest spawns right in front of you! So you can interact with it like you would a normal treasure chest. You can open it, take what you want, leave what you want etc.
Be aware though if you were to have 2 average treasure chests and open one then open the second one the first one will completely disappear so it ensures only one copy of each treasure chest will be active in the world.
TL:DR
There is now a small chance for OBIS bandits to spawn with a treasure chest or key. If you have the right combination of treasure chest and key you can open it anywhere for loot!
To get the power go to the tanning rack and search for a book called "Secrets of a Treasure Hunter", when you read the book it gives you the power "Open Treasure Chest", use it when you got the right key and treasure chest to get the loot inside!
