Vigor - GRA Un-Merged Un-integrates GRA content from the mod, in case you wish to use another mod that re-implements GRA content, like Mojave Arsenal.
Vigor - JSawyer XP and Level Cap Restores the JSawyer XP and Level Cap tweaks. Includes YUP fixes for DLC experience scripts. Useful if you'd want a closer to original JSawyer experience, but would rather use Vigor instead of SawyerBatty. Strongly recommended to use this if you are going to install PerkSawyer, as that mod brings back the level cap but otherwise leaves the XP gain untouched.
PerkSawyer - YUP Patch Updated Updated YUP patch for the Vigor version of PerkSawyer. Use instead of the one hosted there.

Don't some of these changes take after JSawyer Ultimate? Certainly. But some of these changes (in particularly, GRA un-merged) are useful for those who'd want more options in customizing their Vigor experience.
Would you recommend Vigor over JSawyer Ultimate? I think JSUE is the more complete mod, and Vigor (with the XP and Level Cap tweak, plus its optional files) is the most faithful rendition of jsawyer so far. It's up to you which one you'd prefer. I went over each and every one of JSUE's changes and I agree with all of them, despite my former reservations about its equipment stat tweaks.
Will Simple Vigor Config conflict with JSawyer XP and Level Cap? That mod will take priority over this plugin, yes. You will need to set the config manually to match JSUE values. Even so, the config doesn't account for DLC experience scripts and the reduced level cap (this one would be a simple adjustment in Stewie's Tweaks, however).
