About this mod

A mod to lightly touch up Legion armors. Mainly taking cues from concept art to be as vanilla as possible, yet still improve the visual design.

So we know New Vegas didn't have the best development, with the Legion being the biggest example, ranging from the lack of content to the subject of this mod: visual design.

The aim of LARP is to try and improve on the vanilla sets by trying to recreate the armor concept art as closely as possible, while taking some creative liberties where required. While the differences may seem minor at first glance, in the grand scheme of the game it adds a lot of visual variety you didn't know you wanted!

What this entails:

- Bigger visual differences to the "recruit" to "veteran" armor line
- Removing the neck gap on helmets
- Bigger wolf head
- Red skirts for praetorians, blank shoulder pads and sports shoes for explorers
- New goggles, which also apply to the damwar masks
- Centurion armor with sleeves and pants

You can see this additions in the screenshots.

Potential Issues:
- Female variants have been implemented, but haven't gotten extensive testing
- Clipping issues
- Textures may appear completely black in-game; restarting usually solves the problem, but haven't found a consistent cause for it

Incompatibilities:
- Any mod that changes the armor meshes
- Retextures are also incompatible, as LARP uses new ones for certain sets

Future Plans:

- Reintegrate gloves as an optional plugin
- Remove the red sash on praetorian armor
- Touch up the explorer shoes
- Add an alternate, maskless variant of the centurion helmet
