Changelogs
Overview:
Vigor is a fork of JSawyer, similar to mods like JSawyer Ultimate Edition or Sawyerbatty, but instead of overhauling the mod to make it more "modern" and fit better with other difficulty mods, it aims to strike a balance between JSawyer's mod and vanilla - along with bug and consistency fixes. This mod is in no way meant to be a "definitive" version of JSawyer, but rather a lightweight vanilla-esque alternative that I made solely for personal use. All changes from the original JSawyer mod can be found below:

Fixes:
* All appropriate YUP and UPNVSE fixes have been forwarded, though neither mod is required.
* Similarly, all fixes made by the JSawyer mod that have since been included in YUP have been removed.
* Fixed the "Never Axed for This" perk and added a pop-up message upon completion of the challenge to be consistent with vanilla challenge perks.
* Edited various in-game tutorial and load-screen messages to be consistent with the mod's changes.
* Expanded the Expired Stimpak integration to a few minor DLC containers that were overlooked.
* Added Homemade and Expired Stimpaks to the NVDLC03PerkRelatedAllStimpaksLIST FormID List.
* Moved various FormID List changes from a script to hard edits for easier visualization/customization.
* Re-added the Power Armor flag to all power armors and used the SetPCCanUsePowerArmor function instead to fix idle and script issues.
* Removed (GRA) tags from a couple missing items.
* Added item health to all of the placed Pre-Order pack items for consistency
* Moved NPC karma changes to a script for compatibility with other mods that edit NPCs. There are still some NPC edits in this mod, so patches may still be required.

Leveling and Progression:
* Level cap and XP changes from JSawyer have been removed. Much of the DLC content and even end-game vanilla content is scaled for the vanilla level cap, and the JSawyer mod never changed that. Rather than trying to make my own balance changes to the entirety of the DLCs and end-game, I decided that restoring the vanilla leveling was the best option.
* Removed pop-up message upon installing the mod.
* Removed Deranged Bright Followers from outside the Wolforn Ranch (provided too harsh a difficulty spike for most users).

Items and Equipment:

* Removed the "unique" armors added to vendors. The implementation and quality felt very underwhelming to me and I don't see them as something that would have ever been included in vanilla. As this is a rather subjective change, the armors are available as an optional file. Everything is the same as the original JSawyer except for an improved method of integration to vendors.
