Ah, the NCR. A Republic eking out an existence in post-apocalyptic America. As Miracle of Sound put it in his song, the Mojave Song, they are resurrecting the old soul of America. Demonstrating many values, including diversity. Under their banner lives many different types of people, from vault dwellers and wastelanders to travelers from Canada to travelers from Mexico, even Ghouls and Super Mutants.
But for a nation with such a diverse population, it really bugs me that the only people you see in the military are Humans. Sure, you see a few Ghouls here and there, but they are posted in rare locations in game, most notably Ranger Station Echo. I seek to change that.
What this mod does is add Female Ghoul NCR Troopers, Military Police, Engineers, Heavy Troopers, Rangers, and Veteran Rangers in key locations around the Mojave Wasteland such as Hoover Dam, Camp Forlorn Hope, Camp Golf, etc etc. These Ghouls use unused vanilla dialogue that all were left over from Fallout 3, but re-voiced by the FNV VAs. It is never heard due to both impossible conditions and no one in game ever using the faction that allows for this dialogue to play. It's pretty rude dialogue, to be frank. Perfect for these Ghoulish ladies.
The reason this plug-in is separate from the Male Ghoul NCR Personnel plug-in is to allow people to pick and choose what they want to suit their playthrough.
