About this mod

After you die, caps will be removed from your inventory upon reloading a save. This mod is fully configurable and includes integrated TTW support.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
==Overview==
With this mod, death will cost you. The goal of this mod is to give you a reason to store caps for safe keeping at your player home and make you think twice about walking around with a bag full of caps in Death Claw territory.

The way this mod works is pretty simple. After you die, a script will run when you load into your latest save and remove a set amount of caps from your inventory.

You can add further depth to the mod's mechanics through the config file which will let you set how many caps you lose (flat amount or a percentage), turn Mojave Express Dropboxes into ATMs , and other things. I highly encourage you to go through the config file yourself, but you can choose to install a config preset when installing the mod.

==Config Options==
The following section will go through the config file and explain what each setting does.

iAmount
If you enter a number greater than or equal to 1, then a flat amount of caps will be removed when you reload after
dying.
              For example, if this is set to 100, then dying will cost you 100 caps.

If you set this to a decimal number between 0 and 1, then a percentage of caps will be removed
              For example, if this is set to .50, then 50% of your caps will be removed when you reload after dying.

If you set this to a negative number, then dying will cost you all of your caps

fMultiplier
Sets a Multiplier that is applied every death until a new save is made

For example, if iAmount is set to100, then upon your first death you will lose 100 caps
              If you die a second time, then additional 10% of caps will be removed (110 caps)
              If you die a third time, then additional 20% of caps will be removed (120 caps)
              And so on and so on. Once a new save is made (like an autosave or quicksave), this multiplier is reset

Be sure to set this to a decimal number between 0 and 1.

I recommend using this setting alongside a mod that restricts saving. Such as Save Restrictions.

To disable feature, set this to 0

bHardcoreCaps
If enabled, caps cannot be manually removed from your inventory. Caps are set to be a “Quest item” which means they cannot stored in containers or given to companions.

The main idea behind this setting is to prevent you from throwing your caps in a nearby container before combat which would prevent you from losing them should you die.

The two settings below are meant to be used alongside this setting.

Disable: 0, Enable: 1

bLucky38Safe
Adds a safe to the Lucky 38 Suite where you can deposit caps.

Intended to be used with bHardcoreCaps, it will allow you to unload caps and prevent you from losing them if you die.

If you have TTW installed, cap safes will automatically be added to your Megaton and Tenpenny player homes.

bDropBoxATM
Allows you to use Dropboxes to deposit your caps.

When activating a Dropbox, a menu option will appear asking if you want use Mojave Express’s Banking Services or its Shipping Services.

Intended to be used with bHardcoreCaps, it will allow you to unload caps and prevent you from losing them if you die.

Compatible with TTW's Pony ExpressDropboxes.
