Just a small scriptrunner to nerf the holorifle by making use two ammo per shot.

OVERVIEW
I think the Holorifle is very overpowered, especially with Vigilant Recycler, so I nerfed it with this small scriptrunner to make it more ammo-hungry.
FEATURES
- Ammo use increased from 1 to 2.
- Clip size increased from 4 to 8.
- Reload speed doubled to compensate.
ISSUES
By bumping the clip size to 8, you will be reloading 8 shots manually despite technically firing 4. I could do some scripting to add ammo so that you only reload 4 times or so, but it would get very messy to take account of ammo switching or whatever and would require an actual plugin because of the UDF. I think doubling the reload speed is a good compromise.
COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with everything.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, add the gr_HoloRifleNerf.txt file in the Data\nvse\plugins\scripts folder. Remove the file to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
