OVERVIEW
This was mostly made as a joke, but in a way for it to be seamlessly integrated into the game, reference or not.
FEATURES
Normal Pills grant +4 Perception, +2 Charisma, -2 Agility and Normal Vision, an effect which temporarily removes the "Four Eyes" perk from your character for the duration of the chem.
Normal Pills Addiction grants -4 Perception, -1 Intelligence and No Night Vision, an effect which removes the Low Light Vision effect granted from Nuka Cola Quartz or Cateye for the duration of the chem.
I added the new chem to all of the appropriate Leveled Lists and Forms Lists to my knowledge so you should be able to find them normally in your playthrough even midway.
Mask with a Smile is a mask piece which grants +1 Luck to its user (after all, they're just very lucky) and as a bit of a failsafe/debug tool, removes Normal Pills addiction when worn. It can be found on a Fiend South of the South Vegas Ruins, in Driver Nephi's hiding spot, along with a shelf containing 4 Normal Pills bottles.
ISSUES
Due to the nature of addictions being handled via a written list in a script rather than a form list, this makes my mod incompatible with other addiction mods, in the sense that Normal Pills addiction will become incurable. To fix this, I've added a failsafe "Mask with a Smile" that removes Normal Pills addiction when worn as an alternative for people who want to use this mod alongside others which add their own addictions.
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
To do it manually, put NormalPills.esp in your Data folder and follow the file path of the textures folder (create the folders if necessary) to put the assets in the right place. Remove the ESP file and texture files to uninstall.
Alternatively, you can use a mod manager.
