Version 1.20
Created a patch for N&W Team's Vivec City mod, which moves the rowboat in the Hlaalu canton.
Added an invisible collision cylinder to hopefully prevent the cliff racer from sometimes clipping through the lighthouse fire.
If you go back downstairs before investigating the cliff racer, the quest will automatically continue, avoiding a progression bug.
The mod will do a one-time check when you first meet Aras Favel to make sure he has his log and key in his inventory. This should fix progression issues for users who entered the lighthouse before activating the questline mod.
Changed some wording in the will and journal entry to more strongly recommend a journey to Tamriel Rebuilt territory.
Added a way to verify the ghost's claim, which also creates an alternate path to starting or expediting the questline if found early.

This is a short questline that consists of 4 quests. It requires and is built around MwGek's Vivec Lighthouse mod.
Speak to Aras Favel, the lighthouse keeper, about "lighthouse" and then "maintaining her" to begin the first quest. He will have you perform basic labor to assist with day-to-day tasks, but the next day a thunderstorm moves in and things start to get interesting. Uncover a dark secret and a connection to strange places far away.
Remember to register the BSA files for Tamriel_Data or no mod that relies on it will work!
Installation & Compatibility
Load the questline .esp AFTER the main Vivec Lighthouse mod's .esp. Make sure you install that mod's assets correctly and have both Tamriel_Data and OAAB_Data correctly installed.
There are a few added items outside the lighthouse, a boat (initially disabled) outside Vivec's Hlaalu canton, and an NPC to Vivec's St. Olms Brewers and Fishmongers Hall. No land edits were made and none of the original mod's cell references were edited (it's not possible without converting it to an .esm anyway).
Several furn_log_04 were covered up just barely with replacement activators, so if you have a replacer for the logs, hopefully the mesh isn't much bigger or there will be ugly overlap and the possibility of not being able to activate the fire/log pile.
