Most of the boots of vanilla Morrowind and Tamriel Rebuilt now have a duplicate compatible with Beast Races.

2022-02-05 -> Boots of the Apostle (ID -> boot_apostle_unique) and Boots of the Blinding Speed (ID -> boot of blinding speed[unique]) were added.
2022-01-09 -> Fixed older Boots for Beasts-GOTY.esp that had wrong Disposition and Rank values for some vanilla NPCs.
2021-04-03 -> The vanilla and OpenMW versions have an incorrect item count on "crate_02_Lagius". Now is fixed.
2021-03-28 -> An OpenMW version is up. No NPCs are touched. A script equip them with the new boots and doesn't requires a new game.

What I did here is merge the original ESPs into one mod, clean the evil-GMSTs, delete all the cells edits, them edit the vanilla leveled lists and containers that have boots.
I added Beast Boots to vanilla beast NPCs that already have pieces of armor. ALL NEW ICONS.
I've made a set of patches to the mods I usually play along:
Tamriel Rebuilt has gained edited leveled lists and containers for most of their boots. Now many of the beast characters on TR that use leveled lists could wear Beast Boots. WITH NEW ICONS TOO.
Daedric Lord Armor Morrowind Edition - Patches to make use of their new icons and boot mesh.
Outlaws has support here, too. With the TR plugin I mirrored the boots lists and added to the beast classes that misses them. The enemies will make use of the new Beast Boots now.
Yet Another Guard Diversity has been treated too, sadly only one of the many guards is Argonian.
Yet Another Guard Diversity Expanded Imperials is supported on their Bloodmoon and TR patches, too. Again only one Argonian.
ATTENTION 1: THE OPENMW VERSION DOESN'T REQUIRES A NEW GAME.
ATTENTION 2: IF YOU ALREADY MET AN VANILLA BEAST NPC THEM THE VANILLA VERSION WILL NOT ADD THE NEW BOOTS IN THEIR INVENTORY. A NEW GAME IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT NECESSARY.
ATTENTION 3: THESE BOOTS HAVE VANILLA STATS BUT NEW IDs. ANY ARMOR MOD WILL NOT AFFECT THIS BOOTS UNLESS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THEM.

Requirements

It's necessary to Merge Objects and Leveled Lists with programs like DeltaPlugin, TESTOOL, TES3MERGE or Wrye Mash. Without them these boots will be lost when loading along a large list of mods.
