File you're downloading is a small patcher that does not hold any copyrighted materials but in fact overwrites part of the code in FC3.dll and FC3_d3d11.dll, it is compatible with other mods even if you replaced both files with modified version before, be aware that if you replace these files AFTER the patch you will have to patch again.
