Basement Living - Bunker and Basement Player Homes (with standalone Workshops)

Basement Living adds 10 standalone basement & bunker player homes with their own workshops and craftable doors, allowing you to place/enter into them from any settlement! Just like Home Plate, you can scrap and decorate them how you like. This was done carefully and methodically, does not affect settlements, or require any workarounds.
