I'll list mods that people have asked me about here, along with their compatibility and resolution status. Feel free to ask me about mods and their compatibility and I'll check and add them to the list as I'm able to do so. I can also make combined patches that merge the changes from one or more of the patches in optional files upon request.
For some reason It says clear enemies even though their aint no enemies, I was expecting the north point settlement would have that bug but instead its on this settlement.
This typically happens if you have another mod overwriting the location data and preventing the settlement from initializing correctly. There's a good chance that you have another mod after the previs file in your load order that edits this area.
Just recently, I've started dissecting Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Red Rocket Settlements in order to make room for standalone Red Rocket settlements. So far, I've removed from that set the Atom Cats garage settlement to make room for Tenhats' Atom Cats Garage Settlement - with Immersive Repair and the Nahant Red Rocket to make room for your We Can Live In - Nahant Red Rocket. Next is your Cambridge Red Rocket, which corresponds with the Kendal Red Rocket in the Tar/Yag set. However, replacing it with your Cambridge Red Rocket will result in two Red Rocket settlements called "Cambridge Red Rocket" since that's the name given to the College Square location in the Tar/Yag set. Will two settlements with the same name cause any issues with the game/settlement system?
I'm pretty sure that internally settlements just use the Location and/or the settlement's index in the list of settlements tracked by the management quest. As for the naming, I've got a work-in-progress build of the other one, which I dubbed College Square Filling Station.
In its current state, this mod would not work on Xbox One. The precombines would need to be rebuilt using a different method from the one I used (uploading for console requires filtered precombines instead), and preferably would be included directly in the main file rather than a separate file like I've done here.
Since I don't own an xbox myself and as a result I can't do any testing, I generally allow other authors to handle ports because that is better done by someone who is familiar with the process and has the relevant consoles.
I believe that settlement has a PRP previs patch in its FOMOD installer, which you will want to use. As for that versus this, it won't matter which comes first because they're far enough away from each other to be safe.
I like this location, I have all your settlement mods and they are never missing in my games, I look forward to the rest of the Red Rocket settlements made by you, would you also accept suggestions for future settlements? I like your mods more because they allow you to scrap more things that other mods don't allow and the possibility of repairing structures, I have several ideas that could perhaps be good locations if they can be cleaned and also some to repair. 😬
You're welcome to make suggestions, but I can't guarantee I'll have time or the desire to hit a specific location. With settlements in particular I'm very picky about where I'm willing to put them.
Thanks for answering bro, I'll share with you the locations I had in mind, at least the first 3 I think would be great settlements, but I wish you could consider some more, I understand your point about being selective, but I would love it if you considered some locations, I know not all of them will be possible, but I would love for you to consider some, I really like what you do with your mod settlements. 😬
Hah! Several of those are actually on the list of places I was keeping, that I wanted to look into for making a settlement. I won't be specific about what or where though, because my settlement mods tend to take ages to decide on and actually build.
What a coincidence haha, in that case it doesn't matter, I'll be patient until you have time to do some extra settlements. I understand that doing all that work can be complicated, I don't know how to do any of it but I can imagine the amount of work and time it must take you.
Yes! I want a perfect Salem and Quincy too! But, Salem County and Quincy County are very complex locations. You take one, and it leads to another, and so on. There are many settlement options, but they all have their drawbacks. Working them out to the perfect level of quality is a difficult task for a very long time.
I really want Red Rocket on Far Harbor and Southwest Far Harbor!
This is a fantastic 'outpost' location, but I've run around the entire area, killed raiders and ferals all over and the workbench still says I have to clear enemies.
That sounds like you have another mod overwriting the location. The only things you should need to kill are the super mutant and the mutant hound. I would recommend downloading the most appropriate previs file from hotfixes and adding that to the end of your load order to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, but the super mutant and hound respawn due to installing the previs file later, just disable them in console and they'll stay gone for good.
The super mutant and dog don't normally respawn. If they are respawning, that might mean something is conflicting with the location, which should have been resolved by the previs file. Is there anything after the previs file in your load order that might be editing the same area?
Interesting. Do you have any mods that edit or mess with encounter zones or respawn mechanics? Assuming nothing is conflicting with the location itself, that seems the most likely source of the issue since settlement encounter zones need to be set up a specific way.

Primarily, does it work on Xbox One?

Hmm…maybe you could reach out to the Xbox One community, then?
I’d honestly love to use this, but I only have the game on Xbox One, so… *shrug*
Should I load your previs patch higher than Cambridge Police Station Settlement - Revisited ?
