Adds a fully working and tested player settlement to the Nahant Bar and Restaurant.

Nahant Bar and Grille Settlement
Adds a fully working and tested settlement to the Nahant Bar and Restaurant in Nahant. I have fixed the roof and added doors for you. There is a large build area with a border so you know where you can build. All the random spawns have been disabled so you can have a peaceful settlement, unless you are attacked.
I left it pretty empty so you can build whatever you like, your way. The mailbox cannot be deleted since it is marked for Railroad dead drops.
Update 1.1 implemented bug fixes and removed unused references from the file. As well as adding a few new items to the settlement, including oil lamps and a working NukaCola Machine.
I have cleaned the mod with FO4Edit. I have included an ESL located under optional files. And please remember to use only the ESL or the ESP, not both.
