About this mod
Three Lore Friendly Blueprints that will convert The Slog into the trading outpost Wiseman always dreamed it could be! Complete with a small Pawn Shop, it's own Convenance Store, tons of Food, an abundance of Clean Water and a quant little home for your character. A big SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to VillanceD for The Slog Deep Clean and Remodeled.

Repairs/Replaces the Broken Chain-link Fence, adds a few exrtra Bunk Beds (curtesy of VillanceD) and of coarse, a greenhouse allowing The Slog to produce about 42 Plus Food. There are also two new Powered Water Pumps, producing a total of 20 Water and four Auto Turrets, putting the Defense around 30. This one would work great as a Raider Vastal and/or for those just wanting something very simple. You will need to scrap the old fence first!
Wanderer Version
This Blueprint, along with it's counterpart (Aviator) are heavily decorated and offer two Merchant Counters (General/Bar) as well as a complete conversion of the Pool House and Six Additional Beds (24 total with Extra Sheets). It produces slightly less food, but I feel I reached a nice balance with both form and function! That and the drop in FPS wasn't to drastic! lol :P Oh and this one has a Defense Rating of about 60. There are several Invisible Guard Mats I placed. These can be found next to a few Fire Barrels I placed. The mats use the "Warming Hands" animation. Companions will even use them in passing (Danse, Piper, Gage). Codsworth and Strong will use them. Though they are unable to use the "physical" animation.
Aviator Version
This blueprint is my favorite design! It's basically the "Kitchen Sink" version. Much like a few other BPs I've posted, it incorporates a usable landing pad curtesy of the "Flyable Personal Verdibird Mod"! I designed the landing area to take advantage of the Verti Pilot's ability to Sandbox. Which is what inspired me to use the Invisible Gaurd mats to begin with.. etcetra. Both the Wanderer and Aviator Versions also include they're own Scrapping Machines from the AMAZING Universal Disassembler Mod!
P.S.
As many in the community know, Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW) was a HUGE influence in my life. Towards the end, Frank had become "obsessed" with the use of concrete in his designs. Though he was initially mocked by his "peers", he was determined to show it's value. Both artistically and monetarily speaking. I say "peers", because he had many admirers, but very few friends. Something all too common with those labeled as "Genius". Thank you for your time.
