That’s right, folks—this isn’t just any old preset, this is the face of the Commonwealth’s most notorious sharpshooter, brought to life with the perfect look! And who do we owe it to? The one and only Aranakis, creator of the "Movie Star Presets - Brad Pitt" mod. We’ve taken his incredible work, got the green light to share it, and applied a few slight tweaks to make it just right for MacCready’s younger years. Trust me, this face is a match made in Fallout heaven!

A few light changes were made to the preset to bring out MacCready’s youthful charm. We swapped out his blue eyes for a striking "Strange Gold Eyes" look, increased a little their size, and gave those corners a slight upward tilt for a more cat-like, youthful appearance suited for the 22-year-old mercenary you know and love.
For those eye-popping screenshots, we also used A Forestand the Candy Eye ENBfor that extra cinematic flair!
So, gear up and download this preset to give MacCready the star-studded makeover he deserves. With this new look, the Commonwealth’s enemies won’t know what hit ‘em!
Look at him on first person view > Open the console command window > click on their face to get their id > type "slm [Character ID]" > press enter
This will open the character creation and let you edit the companion appearance. Note: doesn't work with all NPCs.
For example: Pipers is 00002f1f. Type slm 00002f1f
