Get ready to see Preston Garvey like never before! This mod replaces Preston’s appearance with a fresh, detailed look that truly does justice to the Commonwealth’s most dedicated Minuteman. Built with a deep appreciation for Fallout’s iconic characters, this replacer brings a subtle but powerful transformation to Preston, adding more depth and realism to his look.
This mod was made with a few key enhancements to give Preston a more rugged, battle-hardened vibe while keeping his noble and determined presence intact. The mod includes custom face tweaks and skin textures, designed to make him blend seamlessly into the game’s world while adding that extra touch of detail.
Now, if you’re using the popular "A Storywealth" collection, you’re already halfway there!

Look at him on first person view > Open the console command window > click on their face to get their id > type "slm [Character ID]" > press enter
This will open the character creation and let you edit the companion appearance.
Note: doesn't work with all NPCs.
For example: Pipers is 00002f1f. Type slm 00002f1f
