Patch to fix Power Armor requirements display in Lunar, plus lunar PA compatibility patches

This is a fix for Lunar fallout overhaul's Power Armor perk requirements, that allows the recipe to display the added perk requirements.
I've also included a selection of compatibility patches for Lunar for Power Armor mods.
Generally, the following changes have been made for Lunar Compatibility
Lunar - AltT60X01
This is an addon the the main file, that reworkd balance and progression of the T60 and X01
How to Install
- Install the main file (this is the fix for perk req displays)
- Install any mod-patches you want (these all require the main file)
- If you install this into an existing game, existing Power Armor workbenches will need to be reset in order to gain the script required for the perk displays to work properly, the easiest way to do so is to store it in the workbench and replace it.

Generally, the following changes have been made for Lunar Compatibility
- Raider level PA has been nerfed to be in line with Lunar
- Armorer perk requirements added to repair recipes
- Misc mods adjusted for lunar balance
Lunar - AltT60X01
This is an addon the the main file, that reworkd balance and progression of the T60 and X01
- T60 power armor is only found in the Brotherhood of Steel
- T60 Power armor - T45 defenses, with less weight and core drain
- X01 power armor is unique - only a single piece of each type can be found scattered across the world
- X01 Power armor T51 defenses, with less weight and core drain
- Promotional PAs (Nuka Cola, VIM, and Quantum) all spawn with 1% health, and need to be repaired before they can be used
