Five 2X2 Plots:
These plots have clutter. And while you can turn off clutter for performance,
do note they won’t look as good without it. I did a little more because I wanted
a few plots that align really well with my own settlements.
Note: I highly suggest removing the plot power poles/lights/flag and
using radiant power for these plots.

All of these plots have been navmeshed and/or navcut to promote better npc navigation.
Worried about adding Creation Club content after you've already started your playthrough?
Here's what I do (thanks to Damanding/CrayonKit for this info):
Use another mod manager profile (I actually use another instance completely)
Download the files and let it sort that non-existent load order!
Go back to my own list and there I have it!
*This trick works for BethNet content too, but then I relocate that content as necessary.
