Changelogs
Version 3
Since X-Cell 2.0 eliminates headless bodies, I've removed the "Is CharGen Face Preset" flag to accommodate proper face gen data in the future. If anyone is interested in creating a face gen file for this mod, feel free to post it, but please let me know so I can add a link to it in this mod's description.
Version 2
Activated the "Is CharGen Face Preset" flag to eliminate the need for a face gen file.

Well, I thought I was done with cut content NPCs, but I stumbled upon this fellow earlier this week, so here he is. Cut Content - Zachary restores a Far Harbor NPC with little info as to his original role in the DLC. His Editor ID refers to him as DLC03Survivor, but there's nothing to indicate what that "survivor" role is. A named member of the early gate attack, perhaps? Furthermore, he lacked a voice type, which could suggest that he was going to have a unique voice of his own, but when that didn't materialize, he was cut from the game. As such, I supplied him with the MaleMaine voice type.
Zachary can be found on the docks near Cassie Dalton (see screen shots), but there are two flavors from which to choose; namely, the main version and the recruitable version.
Zachary's main version simply places him in town with the rest of the citizens, while the recruitable version, when used in conjunction with the main file and rlbaxter's RL_Recruit_Framework, will allow you to recruit him and send him to a settlement where he will function as any other settler. Although he is immediately available for recruitment, for the sake of immersion, you may want to hold off until you've claimed a settlement on the island. The decision is up to you, of course.
Compatibility Per usual, I created a new base record for him, so he should be compatible with anything.
