Ever wonder why there is a third bed at Tenpines Bluff while the bed count at other settlements with preexisting settlers matches the settler count? No? Me either. However, it turns out that Bethesda created a fully functional third settler at Tenpines Bluff, but for whatever reason, they failed to activate him at the settlement. This mod restores him.

Since this mod simply restores a vanilla NPC to the settlement location, it should be compatible with everything. To be safe, however, I would recommend loading this mod before mods that make drastic changes to settler functionality, as well as any mods that make wholesale changes to Tenpines Bluff.

Note: During testing, there were instances when the settler's sandboxing wouldn't initialize upon first encountering him, so he would just stand in place rather than move about the settlement. This can last anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes if left to his own devices. Assigning him to a task appears to eliminate the issue, allowing him to sandbox normally.
