This is an attempt to marry 'We are the Minutemen 7.7' to 'Liberty Reborn Ultimate Edition'. A simple esl flagged esp patch file that will completely rearrange, consolidate and re-balance the content from both mods into one cohesive and seamless experience.

What was changed in We Are The Minutemen v7.7;
-The command tables can now be found in the vanilla crafting category. They will appear once you have 'Local Leader 2' and have accepted the rank of general.
-The command table can now be built anywhere along with all of it's equipment and now costs 1000 caps to build. However much of it is locked behind the 'Old Guns' quest condition along with a myriad of other quest, perk and level restrictions.
-Made new categories in command table bench; armor, gloves, hats, helmets, outfits, packs, settlers
-Now that you can access the bench sooner, the vanilla conversion recipes have been removed from the ChemWorkbench to alleviate the overcrowding inevitably present there with a large mod list.
- All other workshop items have been moved to Liberty Reborn's custom menu in Defense renamed 'WAT Minutemen LRU'.
- The Followers can now be found in the Special Guards sub-category (after Old Guns quest) and still must be summoned at the castle.
-Restored missing scripts on PA follower and renamed to 'Minutemen Soldier Follower' to differentiate it from the lower lvl option.
-Fixed the mix up that had the veteran follower costing less than the soldier follower.
-Gave followers a complete faction and keyword list along with the workshop npc script so they will behave more like vanilla companions. You can now leave them at a settlement and have them pitch in with the settlers.
-Settler items can be made anywhere after you become general and veteran settler items can be made anywhere after you take the castle.
-Restored the 'heavy' tier to custom Minutemen Combat Armor and made recipes for the player to craft it.
-Increased the stats of Minutemen Combat armor 5pts each piece to separate it's progression from that of vanilla combat armor and stretch it's usefulness out to the next set of armor(see below).
-Changed Combat armor material swap to use Liberty Reborn textures as WATM textures are based on the vanilla minuteman T-45 PA texture and Liberty Reborn has minutemen textures for all the PA. and i like the darker blue better for the faction theme.

What was changed in Liberty Reborn Ultimate Edition;
-All objects from the LR workbench have been moved to the WATM command table bench and placed into an appropriate category.
-Settlement defense/safety rating for all guards dramatically reduced to be in line with WATM/vanilla.
-Cap cost for all guards calculated at 50 caps per defense/safety rating point.
-Added full faction and keyword list to each guard.
-All essential flags removed (except for Sarge which must be built at the castle after 'Old Guns') and all "PA takes no damage" flags have been removed. Guards are now as expendable as settlers but if you can get to a guard in workshop mode before they die, simply storing them in the workshop and redeploying them will reset their health and all of their gear at no cost.
-All guards level locked progressively. Legendary is from 25-55 and of course are behind 'Old Guns'. Regular guards are locked after the first three from lvl 20-40. This is a sliding scale at the bottom of which you can summon regular guards 8 levels below you and legendary guards 15 levels below you. At the top of the scale you will summon legendary 10 levels above you and regulars at 25 levels above you.
-All automatrons restricted until you build the robot workbench and take rank of General. Robot workbench will be required at each settlement you wish to build automatrons. No further MM quest restrictions on automatrons until the final sentry class which will require 'Old Guns'.
-Nerfed the four sets of one piece uber armor by more than half and removed them from the construction bench. They will still be used by the guards and appear in the Minutemen LL but can no longer be constructed. Fortunately their necessary removal loses us no unique looks and the balance of the modular armor system can be retained.
-Repurposed the minutemen combat armor material(Minutemen Insulator) to serve as a level above Polymer with full range of resistances instead of BOS faction equivalent that only provides rad resistance.
-The Minutemen Marine armor was cloned and used to create a MK variant that will pick up the armor progression from the combat armor. The marine armor has no tiers so the progression is handled by the materials. The standard set is a Mark 2 which can be built at lvl 41 and upgraded to Mark 3 at lvl 48 and Mark 4 at lvl 55. The vanilla stat based original version has been removed from construction and is still found on the marine guards and the LL.

What was changed in both WATM and LRUE:
-Re-balanced all the under armors to be more or less the same with a variety of small variations and special bonuses.
-Renamed many items to form a consistent naming convention but I DID NOT change or remove ANY editor or form ids.
-To mitigate redundancy without removing a bunch of items i have given duplicate items such as the berets, militia hats and minutemen hats different special bonuses. Aside from the militia and minutemen hats the other outfits vary somewhat so the redundancy serves to increase variety.
-All recipes have been reworked to be in line with component requirements found in Equipment and Crafting Overhaul Redux
-All recipes attempt to reflect realistically what goes into an item. For example mods increasing rad resistance will now contain lead in their recipes, helmets with plastic visors will contain plastic, etc... and armor weight will reflect those additions.

Minutemen Quest Tips
-
Talk to Mamma Murphy BEFORE going to the roof of the museum as it may be your only chance to learn Dogmeat's name.
-Give Mamma Murphy her first hit of Jet shortly after you get the gang settled in Sanctuary. If she moves on to asking for her chair before getting the jet the chair may not appear in the workshop. After the first hit of jet and she get's her chair her quest can be suspended indefinitely and started back up at anytime before completion of the main quest.
-The moment you can take Preston as a companion, keep him with you until he asks you to take back the castle so the chances are higher that you will have gotten and completed the required radiant quests by the time you hit lvl 20. His affinity should be maxed(or near) by the time Old Guns is completed and he can be retired to the Castle.

Recommended Mods:
You and What Army
Populates the commonwealth with Minutemen patrols between owned settlements using the minutemen leveled lists. NOTE: I use WryeBash to ensure leveled lists are fully combined(and always have) so i couldn't tell you if LR overwrites WATM or not. I recommend using a bashed patch.
Move Workshop Markers by SKK Allows you to move the markers that cause the patrols to stand in stupid places that block you or your settlers and enemies spawning inside your perimeter.
Restoring The Castle My favorite restoration mod. Has terminal linked locking doors for both the main entrance and the armory. NOTE: Although it does give an excessive amount of copper as a reward and when fast traveling in, the door animations will be in the closed position after leaving them open blocking Ronnie from the armory until reset by the terminal.
Place Everywhere You will need this if you want to place a vertibird even remotely close to another object or if you don't like ANY of the vehicles hovering a few inches above the ground. It can also be used to scrap the annoying armory door at the castle in my previous recommendation.
Equipment and Crafting Overhaul (ECO) - Redux Essential vanilla clothing, armor and accessory crafting necessary for equipping an army with a standardized set of gear. Minutemen gotta wear shades. NOTE:..the universal workbench is a dodge of the local leader 2 crafting limiter in vanilla as it can be crafted immediately and serves as ALL benches.
New Equipment Overhaul (NEO) Sister mod to ECO Ensures all base clothing can be worn under combat armor and Nick Valentine can suit up for the MM.
Enhanced Vanilla Armor and Clothing - EVAC Improves the quality of the vanilla textures without completely changing their look and more importantly it adds transparency to most glasses, goggles and helmets.
Do Your Damn Job Codsworth -- A Sanctuary Hills Overhaul This mod is great, as it does not affect the Minutemen quest line in any way and best of all it features Hozsa's fantastic rebuilt sanctuary houses with post war textures and built in wiring. NOTE: You will need Place Everywhere's extra object selection mode in order to connect power to 8 of the 9 unfurnished houses as they can not be selected in standard workshop mode. NOTE: Also the navmesh on the bridge is borked(see my next recommendation).
Sanctuary Bridge Fix This will simply and elegantly restore the navmesh for the entire prewar bridge. The bridge mesh placed by this mod uses the same position as the sanctuary overhaul does(original vanilla) give or take less than a game point. Enough to prevent z fighting but not enough to clip so it's hard to tell there are two bridges. You can scrap one if you wish using Place Everywhere and the navmesh should remain regardless of which you delete.

There are a ridiculous number of records to manipulate in this project and although I went through all of the data thrice the probability that i overlooked something is very high. If you find ANYTHING even as minuscule as a typo, please comment and let me know. Thanks
