Improved Friendly Factions All In One, Combined with Commonwealth Encounter Pack to bring you all the goods in just 2 ESPs.
This mod combines Improved Railroad, Improved Institute, Improved Minutemen, Improved Brotherhood of Steel, Improved Nuka World Raiders, and Improved Guards.
The Random Encounters plugin combines the encounter plugins of all of those mods with Commonwealth Encounter Pack to really fill the wasteland.
The mods combined here all have open permissions, as does this.
Requires Robco Patcher and F4SE.
