Overhauls the Railroad faction (in a lore friendly way) to more closely resemble the Underground Railroad and put them on the same level relative to the other major factions.

 Overview

General Changes
- Changes the Railroad leveled list to something that makes more sense.
    - Added other weapons such as Assault Rifles and Combat Rifles to the Railroad weapons leveled list.
    - Replaced Gauss Rifles with Railway rifles.
        - I feel like it fits the theme more.
        - Unlike the Minutemen, the Railroad is a "tolerated" faction to the rest of the Commonwealth because of its goals. For that reason, I dont see how they could have the resources to equip every last one of their agents with Gauss Rifles. On the other hand, Railway Rifles are Tinker Tom's inventions.
- Glory is now a real synth and will have a Synth Component in her inventory when she dies. Also she is now not the only Gen 3 synth in the Railroad. Some Railroad agents that spawn have a chance to be a synth.
- Adds legendary variants to the Railroad NPCs.
- Railroad Agents AI Aggression behavior is updated, they should no longer attack Bunker Hill residents or other neutral factions.

Faction Boss
- Glory now has better stats and will level with the player
- She is set as legendaries via RobCo and can be enabled or disable by removing the line in the ini

Faction NPC Perks
- Adds perks to faction NPCs that unlock better effects as you progress through the faction's quest line e.g. completing "The Nuclear Option" would unlock a chance to stagger. Note that additional effects like stagger and disarm would only affect NPC vs NPC so if you are fighting the faction, you will not get staggered all over the place.

New NPCs
- Adds new higher level NPCs such as the Conductor, Porter, Foreman, and Pointsman.

New Random Encounters
- Adds new assault encounters that uses Random Encounter Framework (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/60074). This change aims to give the faction more interaction with the rest of the Commonwealth.
    - Seeing encounters where the Railroad are fighting stronger than usual raiders? These are the L&L Gang.
        - Completing the quest "To the Mattresses" would stop the encounter with powerful raiders from appearing.
    - If you inform the Railroad about Acadia, you will start seeing random encounters of the Railroad fighting elements of Far Harbor, such as Trappers, in an effort to keep the area safe.

 Installation

This mod is designed to be modular. You can use the changes to the Encounters and the Faction Bosses separately if you have other faction overhauls.

 Compatibility

Whenever possible, vanilla record changes are done through RobCo.

Weapons and Armor Faction Overhauls
- Examples of this would be the the Look At Me - Railroad Edition.
- Will need to be patched so the new NPCs added by this mod would use the new weapons and armor. Otherwise, they will be using whatever is vanilla.

Faction NPC Stats Overhaul
- Not edited by this mod. No patch needed
