Diamond City - Diamond City Security will now use different automatic weapons depending on their level. - They would have higher chances of spawning with an assault rifle at higher levels - DC Security will spawn with Baseball grenades
Goodneigbor - Neighborhood Watch are already using the Triggermen weapons leveled list and will now have access to more powerful weapons when they reach higher levels. - Neighborhood Watch will spawn with Molotov grenades

Mods that add custom guards will not get the changes from this mod unless they use the same vanilla leveled lists.
NPCs that have already been loaded by the game, e.g. they have already been spawned into the Comonwealth and/or referenced by a running script, might not get all the changes such as stat changes. These would require a new game.
