This is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint for the vanilla County Crossing settlement location.
The Minutemen, having defeated the Institute and then the Brotherhood, knew they had to prepare a future where their territory would be threatened by outside forces. Advanced construction materials, or even pre-fabricated steel structures used by the Brotherhood, weren't available in the necessary quantities. Instead, the Minutemen relied on simple board-formed concrete construction and earthworks made through sweat equity.
The Minutemen have built a bunker at County Crossing to protect the trade roads that run from Bunker Hill and spread throughout the Commonwealth. It features bunks for sleeping, small canteen, workshop, and concealable hatch for a mortar. It has one access point through the main level, with a "turret" near the center of structure to provide decent sightlines over the surrounding crossroads.
I don't do a lot of interior decorating. Also my builds don't normally accommodate +20 NPCs. The game wasn't built for it/handles it terribly so I try to keep them somewhat modest in size.
Highly recommend the concrete retexture under the required files. Not actually required, but really works for a lore-friendly concrete structure.
