Small Settlement Camp, in light Raider Style. Has homes and employment for 13 people plus a player bedroll and an additional workplace in level 3, if you want to make use of your now finished mayor.
Needs to import materials and in level 3 food, but produces alcohol and weapons for your stores.

This is my entry for the May-2023 CPC.
You need Glitchfinder's North Point Park Settlement for the cityplan to work!
It is supposed to be a Raider Camp for 13 settlers, in the last level it has an additional workspace for your major.
The settlement needs to import materials from the start and in level 3 also food, but will produce alcohol in level 2 and weapons in level 3 for your stores.
It offers training opportunities for endurance, perception and agility.
While the setllement has no playerhome, it has a player bedroll on one of the sailboats.
