Sanctuary has always been the settlement go to for me. Whether you want to go big or small I've always loved the possibilities this settlement has to offer. I built this basic build awhile ago. And I've always import it on every playthrough since. 

This Build is exactly what the title implies. It's a basic build that mainly focuses on the main house with the workshop. And the area around the bridge. Plus, the two houses closest to the bridge. I highly suggest you clear all debris that is around those areas first before you import the file. 

This build offers:
  • 2 Player Homes (with lock out capilities)
  • 22 Beds (8 are barracks style)
  • 33 food
  • 123 water 
  • 120 power
  • 184 defense
  • 7 power armor display stations
  • 2 power armor work stations
  • A working range for the settlers to use


This is a file for the Transfer Settlements Blueprint system. You will need to place this file in the Transfer Blueprint folder yourself if the Mod Manager doesn't do it for you. In whatever number folder you have space for. The folder pathway is the same as the file itself.
