My entry for the April 2023 CPC.

A small Settlement (6/12/18/24) centered arround the ruined Church in the southern wetlands of the Isle. You will need Ruined Church to build there
.It has 24 jobs in level 3 in case you wish to retire your major after reaching it.

The Settlement itself is densly populated arround the Church's former parking lot, the rest of the plots are arranged more sparse to retain the feel of wilderness.

It produces enough food/water for itself, but not enough surplus to feed another settlement. With the exception of one powerplot, all plots are either basic or advanced and none of the design choices imply hi-tech. It will need to import industrial production and has a plot that converses building material into rare material (if you don't wish that, replace the mine with a plot of your choice).

In levels 2 & 3 it has a small player home, before that you have to use the matress near the workshop.

Potential Problems

If there is a problem with the automatic wiring, try re-wiring or manual wiring for the problem spots.
