IMPORTANT:
Do NOT activate the city plan until you have completed Old Guns. Otherwise, you will break the quest and you will NOT have access to artillery! This is best practice for ALL Castle city plans.

UPDATE

What's new?
  • Balance! Junk storage, happiness needs, food/water/housing requirements all updated to ensure the plan is balanced and upgrades on default settings!
  • New areas! A corn field at LVL 1 upgrades into a large mess hall by LVL 3! A dock has been added for shipping and receiving. A small memorial has been added to honor the fallen. And the small lake has been updated to include tarberry harvesting!
  • Updated Add-Ons! Add-on pack requirements have been updated. Please make sure you install all requirements! A notable inclusion is Foxel's Far Harbor Expansion, which adds 1x1 Advanced and Hi-Tech Agriculture and Gwen's Settlers at Play which adds a 4-person Interior Relaxation plot!
  • Fixed Power Grid! The settlement power grid has been completely rebuilt and redesigned! This should eliminate any power grid crashes caused by collisions.
  • Bye bye duplicate plots!
  • Replaced beds with residential plots for balancing.

It is STRONGLY recommended that you do not update to 2.0 mid-playthrough. I have not tested what would happen if you did, but I imagine it would cause crashes from power grid corruption, because the power grid has been completely redone. As such, I have renamed the plug-in on purpose. If you want to risk updating mid-playthrough, don't say I didn't warn you.
What's next?
Because the power grid at the Castle seems to love to corrupt itself despite my best efforts, and because of the sheer amount of power objects required to run power throughout the Castle, I would like to add compatibility with yaugie's SS2 Radiant Municipal Power. This will be an optional add-on that will hopefully make managing the Castle's power grid easier.

For Power Grid Corruption crashes, you can use Workshop Framework to try and repair the grid. While in the settlement borders, open the console and type cpg 1. This will attempt to repair the grid. (You may need Buffout 4 and/or F4SE installed for this to work. I'm unsure. In general, I recommend both. If nothing else, it will provide you with extra tools to address power grid corruption errors).
