This is just a Modder's Resource, a Framework. You need to integrate the weapon-degradation on specific weapons of your own. Currently has support for the following mods on the bottom.

This is my own take of weapon degradation. This is actually done before, by Isathar using Ammo Tweaks. I simply remade it through my own style, that does not use a background quest and script, but as a result is arguably janky. Use at your own risk.

Features:

 > Weapon Degradation System - prolonged use of weapon will reduce weapon effectiveness.
 > Weapon Repair Kits - these can be used to increase the weapon health of currently equipped weapon.
 > Dynamic weapon degradation - can be kitted out to have different degradation rate with different attachments.
 > Weapon Health Widget - Requires Hud-Framework and activation

Operation:

 > Weapon mod is updated either when shooting enough rounds to be broken, upon reload, upon ammo-switch, or upon unequip.
 > Has total of 101 separate weapon attachments, these "Percentile" mods are updated on unequip or ammo-switch.
 > Has 8 main levels, 6 Operational, 2 End Levels; Broken and Pristine; These are "Cardinal" mods that handle prefix and damage bonus, and are updated during reloads, if eligible.
 > Weapon HP is calculated by the amount of shot to drop the weapon HP by 1 percent. i.e. if you have 20 shots/percent, then you will need 20 shots to drop from 100% to 99%.

Limitations:

 > Shots/HP is a multiple of 100, whether addition or subtraction. It is theoretically possible not to drop your weapon HP if you have unequipped your weapon when you haven't shot it enough times.
 > Because weapon effectiveness is updated only during reload, and when is eligible to pass between one Cardinal step after another, it is theoretically possible to shoot more rounds before the damage reduction kicks in, thus maximizing your magazine is the best way to maximize your weapon health.
 > There is a "Strict" mode that will update your weapon on the dot; Percentile during reloads, and Cardinal during weapon fire if available. THIS IS VERY INTRUSIVE.

Known Issues:

 > Having more than 1 of the same item type within your inventory will make it so that the percentile update that happens during unequip, or weapon switch, will fail to register the proper mod on the item in question.
