The idea was to create a settlement where the somerville children (and obviously all the adults) could improve their attributes, no matter which one you wanted to boost. In the beginning the plan is very swamp & wood heavy on the chosen plots design. In later lvls the water fringes of the settlement (hopefully) retain their isolationist feel, while the other side of the map gets more densly poulated. All lvls have 3 more beds, than work plots. (For the major and the two children)
It is low on industry and it might be necessary to import scrap.
On lvl 3 its defense/water/power/food needs should be all fulfilled.
