INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Kingsport Lighthouse is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything to remove the default building; DO NOT scrap the lighthouse. You're now safe to import my blueprint.
