ABOUT Railroad-themed overhaul of Home Plate. You may have to click on the bed and type "setownership" using the console.

INSTALLATION You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Scrap Everything is also mandatory. Download the required file provided, "DM Home Plate Tweaks", and install that. This will be incompatible with any other mods editing Home Plate.
Before importing, scrap everything either manually or by typing "scrapall" into the console. You're now safe to import. I highly recommend moving the workbench out of sight for aesthetic purposes.**
