My Wasteland Blueprints

Starting with a collection of my current Settlement Blueprints for Abernathy, County Crossing, Finch Farm, Graygarden, Greentop, Nordhagen, Oberland, Sanctuary, Slog, Somerville, Tenpines, Warwick.

Generally, I only ever expand settlements that are already populated, but make exceptions with Spectacle Island, as it has a lot of space and Red Rocket Station as a personal workshop/ shelter (sorry Sturges.... I was there first and you are still not done with the house in Sanctuary...).
Furthermore, I plan to revise my previous blueprints bit by bit and link them to this mod to gradually bring them all together under 'My Wasteland Blueprints'. (But that's for the future and personal wishful thinking).

So I'll start with the current one:

Pioneers
Since I'm trying to change the landscape/ environment/ weather into a kind of australian/ african bush land, I also wanted to build the settlements in a kind of consolidated, provisional camps, i.e. first settlers who have settled down. There are still no large closed structures but sometime there will be buildings. Accordingly, tents for sleeping, open structures and kitchen shelters. In other words the gold digger camp, which exists already longer, was increased and developed however still a camp is--- nothing holds so long like a provisional arrangement. Accordingly the energy supply... easy to set up and fuel independent, i.e. solar and wind power instead of diesel generators (although of course these don't need fuel here either... but just from the idea...)  Only Slog and Warwick do not have tent accommodations, as stable buildings were already in place here.

All Settlements have showers and toilets, power supply from wind and solar energy, all 3 base crafting stations Chem, Weapon, Armor and a Brahmin Feeder.

The Pioneer Settlements were built with the latest version of 'Buildable Barricades and Guard Posts' and 'CWSS Redux v4'.

Notes

I always try to keep vanilla structures and include them in the settlements, except for some trees and plants. At Pioneers I scrapped some vanilla structures with 'Scrap everything' because they didn't fit in and I needed the space.

Except for junk, furniture, wrecked vehicles, and fallen and dead trees....

Abernathy: scrap the vegetable patches and fences, keep the cow corral.

County Crossing: scrap the cabin, the house ruin, the vegetable beds and fences

Finch Farm: scrap all

Graygarden: scrap fences, keep the greenhouse, vegetable beds and industrial installations

Greentop: scrap the main house and plants, planting tables, plant pots and junk in the greenhouse, keep the greenhouse

Nordhagen: scrap all

Oberland: scrap all

Sanctuary: scrap the two house foundations at the ring road... the rest at your own discretion

Slog: scrap the vegetable beds, furnishings in the main house and fences, keep main house and pool

Somerville: scrap the vegetable beds and fences, keep the main house

Tenpines: scrap all... also the wall remains

Warwick: scrap the vegetable beds, fences, furniture and broken walkway parts above and in the septic tanks (see screenshots), keep main and outbuildings and septic tanks, as well as the industrial installations

Red Rocket: scrap furniture and furnishings, keep main building

The blueprints are located on slots 1 - 13, please note this if you have blueprints there that you do not want to overwrite. In this case I recommend the manual installation and slot assignment.
