This is my entry for the April SS2 City Plan Contest.
Hangman's Alley converted to a salvage center.

Located at the edge of Boston this settlement is at an ideal location to salvage whatever they can from the remnants of the city. Higher levels rely on other settlement for food but this settlement will provide a steady supply of junk and come equipped with a communication tower to make effective use of salvage beacons.
Supports 13 settlers at level 3.
